Attfield family group, Lee (Kent), 1896

A family group of Attfields and Newells, presumably taken on the occasion of William John Newell’s funeral in 1896. The elderly lady at left-centre is Rebecca Attfield (née Carter), 1829-1909. The little boy in white is my father Alfred Otten Attfield, born in 1892, and next to him is his younger brother Frederick John. Their father Alfred Carter Attfield is standing in the back row (centre).
